Also, Frasier says he likes the English/England in S2E3 "The Matchmaker". The fondness for the English are one of the topics that Frasier and Tom "connect" on. It's brief and not Niles, but it's there.

I love the amount of KACL in roughly the first six or so seasons....but there are large swaths in the middle seasons until the original writers come back in season 10/11 where the KACL crew is very absent and that is a sin I think and why a lot of those seasons wane.
